If you’re not receiving a verification email during registration, please follow these steps:
1. Check your spam or junk folder
2. Click "Resend your verification email"
3. Enter your email address and click "Submit"
4. If the above steps don’t work, or if there’s a typo in your email, click on ‘Change your email address’ to verify using a different email.
If you see a message prompting further action instead of ‘Change email address,’ click on ‘Risk Management Team’ to submit a request with subject 'Update My Email on File'.
Once your request is approved, refresh the page and click on ‘Change your email address.’
