For New Accounts (During Registration)
If you are not receiving a verification email while creating your account, please try the following:
- Check Storage: Ensure your inbox is not full.
- Wait and Retry: Technical delays can occur; please wait a few minutes before trying again.
- Use an Alternative: Try registering with a different email address.
For Existing Accounts (Registered before April 26, 2026)
If your account is registered but remains unverified, please follow these steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Click "Resend your verification email". Enter your email address and click "Submit"; or
- If the above steps don’t work, or if there’s a typo in your email, click on ‘Change your email address’ to verify using a different email.
If you see a message prompting further action instead of ‘Change email address,’ click on ‘Risk Management Team’ to submit a request with subject 'Update My Email on File'.
Once your request is approved, refresh the page and click on ‘Change your email address.’
