Under our 5-star rating system, any score of 3 stars or below is considered a negative experience. If you receive such a rating, here are the steps you can take:
Request a rating modification
You can reach out to the buyer or seller directly and kindly ask them to update their rating. They can easily withdraw the feedback or modify their rating by clicking the "Edit" button on the order detail page.
Submit a withdrawal request
If the member is unresponsive or you believe the low rating was left unfairly, you can appeal to our support team. Send your request with the subject line: "Rating Withdrawal Request".
Please note: PlayerAuctions will not remove or alter any rating without confirmation from the member who left it, unless it is a clear case of abuse or violates our community guidelines.
