Why Did My Payment Get Declined?
Sometimes, payments to PlayerAuctions get declined by our payment risk systems. Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we can't provide further information as to why the order got canceled.

Order / Payment Failed? You Will Not Be Charged.
1. Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay
PlayerAuctions issues pre-authorization for payments first. An amount may have been held as a "pending charge," this is a standard pre-authorization. If you cancel the order during the verifying payment process, or your payment is declined by our payment risk systems, this pre-authorization payment will be released/voided immediately on our end.
However, it can take 2 to 22 business days to reflect in your bank account. This varies between banks. For some banks, it will reflect in your account after the pre-authorization expires. For other banks, it might not reflect on your credit card bills and go back to normal after your billing day in the next month. We highly recommend you contact your issuing bank for confirmation.
2. Coinbase (Crypto-currency)
If you have already provided the refund address while you paid, it will take 2 business days for you to receive the refund. Otherwise, please contact our Payments Team with your order ID and refund address of the order’s payment method—USDC, DAI.
Usually, the payment will be refunded automatically if an order fails. If the payment isn’t reflected in your account after 3 business days, please contact our Payments Team with your order ID.
4. EWallets (Skrill & Neteller)
The funds will be restored in 1 business day.
Funds will be reinstated automatically if an order fails. If you don’t receive them in 1 business day, please check if your Skrill account is active. This might happen if your Skrill account does not have a verified email address or phone number.
