This decision was made in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the service that we provide to our customers. Therefore, the most effective way to have your questions answered or to get in touch with us, is to:
1. Search through our FAQ's. We provide a lot of self-help information directly in our Help Center, which might address your inquiry quickly.
2. If you cannot find a solution to your inquiry / request / problem in our FAQ's, then Submit a Request. The relevant team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Note: The more information you provide in your request, the faster your request will be answered. For example, selecting the correct issue type, inputting your PlayerAuctions Username, Order ID, and adding a detailed description will increase the chances that our team will be able to address your concerns and resolve your issue at the first instance.
