After PlayerAuctions has securely inspected and documented select properties of the game account, and forwarded the game account information to your registered PlayerAuctions email address, you will be provided a period to complete the verification of the game account, finalize the game account ownership transfer, and confirm the delivery of the game account to PlayerAuctions.
In the very rare event that the delivered game account does not match the description on the seller’s For Sale Offer, you should immediately file a dispute for the order through the My Account Center. You may then directly work with the seller for an agreed resolution, which may include:
- Returning the game account ownership to the seller for a full and hassle-free refund; or
- Negotiating with the seller for a lower price
If an agreed resolution cannot be met with the seller, the dispute will be escalated to the PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee where a final and impartial decision will be made on behalf of the you and the seller.
NOTE: You should never confirm delivery unless the game account is delivered in full and as-described in the seller’s For Sale Offer description. Confirming full and accurate delivery of your purchased game account if it is not delivered in full or as-described in the seller’s For Sale Offer description will make you ineligible for a refund if you report discrepancies after the order is closed.
