In the very rare event that the buyer receives something other than what he/she had paid for, the buyer should immediately file a dispute for the order.
These exceptional circumstances are often due to a simple misunderstanding. Therefore, if this occurs, the buyer and seller may work directly with each other through our dispute resolution system to solve the problem. In the event that the buyer and seller cannot resolve the issue on their own, and we find that the seller did not deliver what was described in the order, we will issue a refund to buyer appropriately.
It is always the seller's responsibility to remove any ambiguity in his/her For Sale Offers to ensure that what is delivered matches with what is described in his/her offer.
