The PlayerAuctions Seller achievement system has been online since Mar. 24, 2022. It aims to provide our sellers with additional incentives, visibility, and opportunities to promote their sales and service.
According to seller performance, there are five seller levels: 1-5.
When buyers purchase orders from higher-level sellers, they know that their order is in the hands of a storefront that has demonstrated consistency in fulfilling orders and providing excellent service over the last 30 days.
How to get a higher seller level?
The PlayerAuctions system evaluates and adjusts seller levels daily according to the requirements listed below:

Why is my seller level not correct? I have a lot of sales.
The seller's level evaluation is based on their performance over the last 30 days. To achieve the seller level, sellers must meet all of the following 3 criteria: sales, orders, and feedback rate.
For example, for Seller Level 1, a seller needs to generate at least $100 in sales, fulfill 5 or more orders, and maintain a positive feedback rate of at least 95% within the last 30 days. All of these requirements are indispensable.
If you’re wondering why your substantial sales have not resulted in a higher level, kindly verify whether your feedback rate and the number of orders completed in the last 30 days also meet the requisite criteria for the level.
