Our service provider usually sends out PIN codes with no issue. Upon studying isolated cases where PIN codes are not received by members, our techs have found that in these cases the issue is with our customer's telecommunications provider.
In the meantime, we suggest that you try again later, or reach out to your phone service provider. As a last resort, we also recommend using a different phone or phone number (possibly with a different provider) as a workaround.
Note that we only accept regular mobile phones. VOIP, pre-paid and other non-registered phones cannot be used for registration on PlayerAuctions.
