In the event that the Seller is found at fault for an Order leading to a refund to the Buyer, the Seller will be subject to a Refund Penalty fee equivalent to 10% of the refunded amount. That penalty will be compensated by future disbursements automatically until the balance reaches $0.
A cancelled order due to sellers' inability to complete the order will result in a Penalty. Partially delivered orders are included.
If the order expired or was cancelled due to connection problems through the onsite message system, there will be no charge from the seller.
A disputed order due to sellers' inability to complete the order will result in a Penalty. If the disbursement for the order has already been sent to the Seller, the disbursement value will also be added to the penalty fee in the form of a negative balance to the Seller's account.
How does PlayerAuctions charge the fees?
1. If the Seller has payments from other successfully completed orders which are still pending disbursement, then charges will be deducted from pending disbursements.
2. If there are continuous cancellations initiated by a single seller and he does not have any pending disbursements, then that Seller must contact PlayerAuctions to arrange payment of the penalty balance for their account in order to prevent offer hidden.
A proper penalty is required to be paid before displaying your offers. Your offers will be hidden if the penalty exceeds the threshold stated below:

• It’s the seller’s responsibility to ensure that the offer is updated with current and accurate information, including but not limited to the offer title, offer description, delivery guarantee, price, etc. Your penalty won’t be waived if you post an offer with incorrect or inaccurate information
