Any confirmation from the buyer that the issue is resolved. Or if the buyer considered the issue to be resolved after you provided sufficient resolution.
I disagree with the game account issues claimed from the buyer:
Provide correspondence from the game publisher or an email service provider which challenge the buyer’s claim. This includes but is not limited to game account activities history with specific details (IP Address, email address, ban reason, in-game trading/mail history, etc.)
The item/currency order was completed/partially completed:
In game evidence such as delivery confirmation, transaction logs, or other records showing successful transfer and delivery. It must show the sender’s name, the receiver’s name, quantities of the item/currency, ‘Trade/Transaction Complete’ or ‘Mail/gift sent’ confirmation.
The powerlevelling service was completed/partially completed:
Show records or reports that prove you did the power leveling job as agreed upon.
