Seller Verification
There will be some instances when a seller will be required to verify their identification before they're able to post an offer. Please note that some sellers may still be denied the opportunity to list offers even after the verification process.
No Credit Cards for Top-Up Payments
We do not accept the use of credit cards as a form of payment for manual top-ups. Any attempts to use a credit card for this purpose will be considered a violation of our terms of service and will result in immediate account suspension.
Proof of Delivery Requirements
The following must be included to validate the transaction:
- The buyer's character ID
- A record of the quantity before and after delivery
- Payment receipts that verify the transaction
It should be noted that for orders over $300, you are required to keep a video proof copy for a month.
Delivery Evidence Submission
As a Seller Level 0 on PlayerAuctions, it is imperative to provide proof of delivery for every transaction. This requirement is not compulsory for sellers at Seller Level 1 or higher. However, PlayerAuctions reserves the right to perform random spot checks and may request evidence of delivery for selected orders, regardless of the seller's level. As a seller, you are required to promptly submit transactional evidence to upon request. Our team will review and verify the evidence, and funds will be released only after approval. Should the submitted proof fail to meet our required standards, all related orders will be deemed unsuccessful, and the disbursement of funds will be put on hold until convincing evidence is received and approved.
Communication
To avoid disputes, sellers need to communicate with buyers via the PlayerAuctions message system.
All communications must be conducted through the PlayerAuctions message system. It is strictly prohibited for sellers to share personal contact information or to communicate with buyers outside the PlayerAuctions platform. Those who disregard this rule will face warnings or even account suspension.
Disbursement Period
Beside the games under Top up, for any type of transaction made for the following Top-Up games, we enforce a longer “Reserve” period of 7 days. This measure is a protective step to ensure the security and interests of both the buyer and seller.

UID Top-Ups
The seller should not ask for the buyer's game account login information in order to complete the delivery. Any delivery made by logging into a buyer's game account will be considered a violation of our terms of service and will result in immediate account suspension.
Manual Top-Ups
The Seller should log out of the customer's account after the delivery has been made to avoid disputes.
