A PlayerAuctions Payment Canceled status doesn't have to be a hassle since we provide the typical reasons and how to get your disbursement.
Even though we send weekly disbursements Monday through Friday, sometimes, a payment can fail and not get sent to you. The payment will get cancelled later.
For Skrill/Neteller, the typical reasons for a payment to go unclaimed/denied are these:
- You haven't signed up for a Skrill/Neteller account yet
- You provided PlayerAuctions with a payment email address that hasn’t been added to your Skrill/Neteller account (email not verified)
- Typo in your payment email address
Once you have identified the issue with your account, then please notify Customer Support with your order ID, and we’ll have your disbursement re-sent in a timely manner.
Note: if you need to change your disbursement email account on PlayerAuctions, ensure that it’s updated before contacting us.
