Our support system – Zendesk – has been upgraded for better performance and to improve your service-oriented experience. Contents of emails will now no longer be included in notifications. If you do receive this error message when clicking on the URL, please make sure you are logged into Zendesk. Note: Zendesk is different from your PlayerAuctions account login.
How to register for a Zendesk account
- Go to the Help Center
- Click the ‘Login’ button at the top right corner of the page.
- Click ‘Sign up’, then fill in your full name and email address. We recommend using the same email address that you used to register with PlayerAuctions.
- You will receive a notification – follow the link to create a password and then sign in.
- Click 'view ticket in Zendesk Support', which can be found in the email you received, to respond to and review its information. You can also find all your tickets here.
