What Does the Crown Mean?
Crowns on a member’s store reflect the ‘Feedback Score' of the member. Quite simply, the number of crowns a seller has is decided by the feedback that a member has received.
How are Feedback Scores Calculated?
Feedback | Score |
Positive | +1 |
Neutral | 0 |
Negative | -1 |
A member’s feedback score is the sum of their positive, neutral, and negative scores:
Feedback Score = Positive Score (+1) + Neutral Score (0) + Negative Score (-1)
