How do I use a PlayerAuctions coupon ？

Each coupon comes with specific terms, such as expiration dates and usage limits, and must be applied in accordance with those rules.
If you’ve received a coupon code from one of our campaigns, follow these simple steps to redeem it:
1. Log in to your PA account.
2. Browse the market and choose the offer you wish to purchase.
3. Click on 'Buy Now.' You will then be redirected to the checkout page.
4. Click on 'Have a coupon?'
5. Enter your Coupon Code into the field and click on 'Apply'.
6. Continue to ‘Check out'.
If the value of your coupon code doesn’t fully cover the item’s price, you can pay the remaining balance using Gpay or by selecting ‘More Payment Options’ to complete the transaction.
Usage limits
In general, coupons can only be used once per person unless otherwise specified.
Can I use part of the coupon value?
No, a coupon code can only be applied to a single order, and the entire value must be used at once. Once the coupon code is applied to an order, it will expire regardless of whether the amount equals or exceeds the order value.
What happens if my order is canceled?
In rare cases where your order is not successfully delivered (e.g., canceled, disputed), you can contact us to request a new coupon code as part of the refund process.
Coupon Expiration
Coupon codes typically expire within 3 months of issuance. Please ensure you use your coupon before it expires.
Can I request to convert my refund into a coupon?
Refunds are typically issued back to the original payment account used for the transaction. However, in rare instances where the payment gateway is unable to process your refund successfully, you may request to have the refund converted into a coupon or ask us to issue the payment through alternative methods.
Can I request to convert my disbursement into a coupon?
If you are going to purchase using your 'Available' balance, you can contact us to check if your disbursement is eligible to be converted into a coupon. Please note that once converted, this action cannot be reversed.
Can I request to convert part of my order into a coupon?
No. Partial conversion into a coupon is not allowed. An order’s refund/disbursement can either be fully converted into a coupon or fully disbursed as usual.
