1. Navigate to Account Settings
2. Click on ‘Phone & Email’
3. Click on ‘Change Email’
If the ‘Change Email’ button is grayed out and you’re seeing a message prompting further action, click on ‘Risk Management Team’ to submit a request with subject 'Update My Email on File'. Once approved, refresh the page and click on ‘Change Email.’
4. Verify your current phone number
5. Enter your new email address and confirm the change
