If you can only fulfill orders during certain hours, like during the day or after work, you can set your availability accordingly. This helps keep your delivery times accurate and gives buyers a clear idea of when to expect their order.
How to Set Your "Available Time"?
Follow these simple steps to set up your "Available Time":
1. Log in to your Account
2. Scroll down to the “Available Time Settings” tab.
3. Set your available hours
4. Hit “SAVE CHANGES”
How to remove my set of "Available Time" ?
To remove your set of "Available Time," simply reset it to 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM. This indicates that you are available 24 hours a day.
How does this feature affect delivery Time?
When buyers view your offer, the system uses your “Available Time” settings along with your set delivery time to estimate when the order will be delivered.
For example:
If your “Available Time” is set from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and it’s currently 3:00 PM, the system will factor in that 3-hour wait before you’re online. So, if your delivery time is 20 minutes, the total estimated delivery will show as 3 hours and 20 minutes.
This gives buyers a more accurate expectation of when they’ll receive their item.
Important Note:
This feature does not apply to automatic delivery offers, like instant game account listings. Those will still follow the standard instant delivery process.
