In some cases, you may be asked to submit additional documentation during or after the disbursement process. If more information is needed, we’ll contact you via your registered email with detailed instructions. To avoid any delays, respond to that email as soon as possible.

I have a blue checkmark; do I still need to submit documentation?
The documentation is requested by the payment gateway. Even if you’ve already completed the ID Document Check on our site, please make sure to follow the specific instructions in the email if you received one regarding payout-related documentation.
I provided the documents months ago, so why am I being asked to submit them again?
This typically happens with dLocal bank transfers. For proof of address, they usually request a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last six months that clearly displays your address. If the utility bill or bank statement you previously submitted is older than six months, you will need to provide an updated one.
