2. Click on ‘Phone & Email’
3. Click on ‘Change Phone’
4. Verify your current phone number
5. Enter your new phone number and confirm the change.

Check for Spam Filters
Ensure that your phone is not set to block spam messages. For example, on iPhones, check if Focus Mode or Do Not Disturb is activated, which might prevent notifications from appearing.

Wait and Retry
There could be a temporary network issue causing delays. Wait a bit and request the OTP again later.

If you’ve requested a country or phone number change, please double-check that the PIN code is being sent to the correct number.
I’ve lost access to the old phone number
To change your phone number, we’ll need to verify your identity for security purposes. This policy is in place to protect our users against identity theft.
Please email our Risk Management Team from your registered address with:
- Full Name
- A clear, color photo of your government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, or national ID)
- A clear selfie of you holding the same ID next to your face (your face must be fully visible)
PS: Submitting false information may result in permanent account closure.
