卖家在发布报价之前可能需要验证其身份。
代充值服务不接受信用卡支付
我们不接受使用信用卡作为代充值的支付方式。任何尝试使用信用卡进行代充值的行为将被视为违反我们服务条款的行为，并将导致账户立即封停
发货证据要求
交货证据必须包含以下内容：
- 买方的角色 ID
- 交货前后数量的记录
- 验证交易的付款收据
对于超过300美元的订单，卖家须保留视频证据一个月。
提交发货证据
PlayerAuctions保留随机抽查的权利，并可能要求提供特定订单的发货证据。作为卖家，您需要在收到请求后立即向PlayerAuctions提交发货证据。我们的团队将审核并验证证据，只有在获得批准后才会释放资金。如果提交的证据未能达到我们的要求标准，所有相关订单将被视为不成功，打款发放将被暂停直至收到合乎标准的证据。
沟通
为了避免争议，卖家需要通过PlayerAuctions站内信系统与买家沟通。
所有聊天必须通过PlayerAuctions站内信系统进行。严禁卖家共享个人联系方式或在PlayerAuctions平台之外与买家沟通。无视此规则的人将面临警告甚至账号封停。
打款时间
对于以下充值类交易，我们都会实行为期7天的“Reserve”期，比普通交易时间更长。此措施是为了确保买卖双方的安全和利益的保护步骤。
